We offer FREE shipping in Canada* on orders equal or greater than $90.00 CAD (before taxes when applicable) and FREE Shipping on USA orders equal or greater than $100.00 CAD.

* FREE shipping within Canada excludes: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Nunavik (QC), some parts of Quebec and Newfoundland & Labrador, where a shipping surcharge of $5 will apply. The shipping rate for purchases $90.00 or higher will be $5.00.  

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY ON YOUR WEBSITE?

As we are based in Canada all our prices are on Canadian Dollars, but you can customized the currency on the top right corner on our home page.

 

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Creating an account is super simple and will allow you to track your orders and review your order history, just click on the upper right menu and you will be prompt to choose your login credentials and password. 

That's it, your are done! 

Now you just need to login to have a faster checkout and review you order history and shipping preferences.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

We know... who can remember all these passwords?

No worries, resetting your password just needs a quick click!

Just go to the upper right menu "Log In", click on "Reset your password?", type the email you use to sign in and click "SUBMIT".

You will receive an email with a link with the instructions to reset your password.

 

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY CUT FILES?

Downloading your purchased cut files is very easy:

·       Select the cut files you like and add them to your cart.

·       Go through the checkout process.

·       Once your order is processed you will see a button link to download your cut files.

·       You will also receive an email with a link to download your files. The email will be sent to the one on saved on your account or the one you typed in at your check out (if you don't have an account with us).

·       Enjoy your cut files!  

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do!

All our orders are shipped through Canada Post to most countries. Your shipping option and rates will be displayed at check-out depending on the dimensions and total weight of your order.

Please note that for any orders being shipped outside Canada, any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, handling fees or customs clearance charges due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. 

If you are unable to complete the checkout for your country or have any questions about shipping quotes, please contact us.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All our orders are shipped through Canada Post and we are constantly looking to give you the best available rates.  

We are based in Calgary, AB, which means that we offer FREE pick up (Calgary only), just select "FREE LOCAL PICK UP (Calgary)" at checkout.

For Canadian orders less than $90 CAD (before taxes when applicable), USA orders less than $100 CAD (before taxes when applicable), and all international orders, the shipping rate will be calculated at check-out depending on destination, dimensions and total weight of the order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send an email to orders@papersandbeyond.com within 14 days of receipt with “Return – Order Number” on the subject line. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You can always contact us for any return question at orders@papersandbeyond.com.

Any sale or clearance items are final and no returns are accepted. Please review all items in detail before an order is placed, as all sale and clearance sales are final, including orders not yet shipped.

What can I do if my item is damaged?

Although we pack your order with a lot of care, sometimes mistakes happen or items are damaged during shipping. We apologize in advance if this has happened to you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Send us an email to orders@papersandbeyond.com within 7 days of receipt including a picture of the damaged item and the shipping box as well if possible with “Damaged item – Order Number” on the subject line.

 If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

 

Once my returns is done, how and when I will get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@papersandbeyond.com.

All of our sales are final and no returns are accepted. A complete list of all contents for kits and add-ons are included in each item description as well as a picture of each. Please review all items in detail before an order is placed, as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped.
