Congrats - A colleague of mine, and fellow scrapbooker, recently accepted a new position within the organization for which I work. I had every intention to make her a card well in advance of her last day, but as life would have it, and before I knew it, it was the night before her last day and I still needed to make her that card! YIKES! Lucky for me, I had just received Papers & Beyond's "FOLLOW YOUR BLISS" Pocket Kit along with the matching Embellishment Kit, and in less than an hour, I had created this little greeting card full of best wishes.
It was just so simple to do! I started with the Pebbles' My Bright Life plaid tag found in the Ephemera package and layered a few strips of the matching 6X6 patterned papers. I then stuck one of the dimensional circle greeting stickers - isn't it amazing? - and layered a few of the cardstock stickers on top of it. I always love to add a bit of metal on my projects, so the American Crafts gold arrow clip included in the kit was the perfect addition.
So happy to have been able to offer this card to my colleague... well, I may have forgotten it on the kitchen counter the next morning... but, she did end up receiving it the next day at a local crop!
