Returns
All of our sales are final and no returns are accepted. A complete list of all contents for kits and add-ons are included in each item description as well as a picture of each. Please review all items in detail before an order is placed, as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped.
Refunds and exchanges (if applicable)
Although we pack your order with a lot of care, sometimes mistakes happen or items are damaged during shipping. We apologize in advance if this has happened to you.
If you are missing an item please send us an email to orders@papersandbeyond.com within 7 days of receipt with “Missing/Damaged item” on the subject line and we will ship the product in your next month’s kit.
If you received a damaged item please send us an email to orders@papersandbeyond.com within 7 days of receipt including a picture of the damaged item and the shipping box as well if possible with “Missing/Damaged item” on the subject line and we will ship the product in your next month’s kit.
If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.
Domestic packages (orders within Canada) are deemed “lost” after 30 days from shipment date.
USA and international packages are deemed “lost” after 45 days from shipment date.
Please wait until that time to contact us. We will then replace your missing items if they are in stock. If one or more of your order items are out of stock, we will give you a refund or a store credit.an 30 days after delivery
