For this LO I decided to fussy cut the whole sheet of paper with the feathers on it. I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to do with them but they were calling out to me! I decided to just place them in a straight line to create a border. I also used a cut file from Paige Evans to create my background. And some shiny thread for the finishing touch!
