As soon as I saw this blue paper I knew I had to use these Halloween photos of my daughter. It was a perfect match!. I used a cut file from Paige Evans and added some small photos and flowers that I fussy cut to create some clusters on the wreath. Fussy cutting is my favorite thing to do. It's such an easy way to create some embellishments!
